Reservation of a service: requires a non-refundable retainer. Grace period is 15 minutes. If running any later, we’ll need to reschedule. Vitamin A serum: Discontinue use of retinol, retin-a (tretinoin) 7-14 days prior to your skincare service. Our objective is to deliver high-quality care on schedule. We have to put in place an appointment/cancellation procedure to do this. The new client intake form will be emailed to you, & is required to complete prior to your appointment. Any unconfirmed appointments will automatically delete, your booking will be canceled if it’s unconfirmed day prior to scheduled date.
