Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done with a 48 hour notice.
No shows & same day cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Deposit is non refundable.

Client intake form will be emailed to you, & is required to complete prior to your appointment.
Grace period is 15 minutes.
If running any later, we’ll need to reschedule.
Vitamin A serum:
Discontinue use of retinol, retin-a (tretinoin) 7-14 days prior to your skincare service.
Our objective is to deliver high-quality care on schedule. We have to put in place an appointment/cancellation procedure to do this.
