No call no shows and same day cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation fee. 3 reschedules in a row will result in being banned from my booking site. Grace period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. Repeated late arrivals may result in the requirement of full payment upfront for future appointments. Retinol users: Discontinue use of vitamin A 7-10 days prior to your appointment. Our objective is to deliver high-quality care on schedule. We have to put in place an appointment/cancellation procedure to do this.
