Cancellation Policy

•Client form will be emailed to you, it is required to complete prior to your appointment.
***RETINOL USERS:***
Must be off vitamin A:
7 days prior to a Facial skin service
14 days prior to a Chemical Peel
•Booking Fee: required to reserve your appointment time, they are non refundable.
•Grace period of 15 minutes if late.
Any client exceeding the 15 minutes grace period will result in having their appointment canceled & will be counted as a no show. You will be charged 50% of the service price. We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If appointment is not confirmed or has the deposit paid within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, it will be automatically canceled due to non confirmation.
Services: Unfortunately, for spa services, products & rituals we cannot accept any refund request, all services, purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable.
Our objective is to deliver high-quality care on schedule. We have to put in place an appointment/cancellation procedure to do this.
